This time it is 24650 which obviously started life as a I and is now a II.
As mentioned previously lens is a coated Summar. This time I was using very out of date FP4, no hood, no filters etc. Exposure in October based on a bright and sunny f9, rather thin negs....

First a rather 'moody' and cold seascape...

CNV00012 by dralowid, on Flickr
Followed by a bit of contrast...well actually quite a lot of contrast for a Summar!

CNV00013 by dralowid, on Flickr
Then a typical into the sun Summar picture showing the shape of the aperture blades nicely...

CNV00017 by dralowid, on Flickr
Then, rather better than I had expected, or have come to expect from Summars

CNV00020 by dralowid, on Flickr
Typical into the sun Summar again

CNV00022 by dralowid, on Flickr
Formula I has nothing on this...

CNV00023 by dralowid, on Flickr
And finally:

CNV00025 by dralowid, on Flickr
So that concludes my in depth, technical and highly scientific review of Summars using whatever examples I may have.
What to be said? I still think you never quite know what you are going to get from a Summar!
