I am back from a longer trip through Germany, working out the photographs taken on the trip.
I could buy a beautiful late Canadian sample a few weeks before the trip unseen, which I picked up upon my arrival.
I knew, this lens would be THE one to get after I found my love to the image character of the Noctilux f1.
After using it for a few days intensively, I find, that it is not the ONE lens, to always stay on the camera, but one of the most beautiful special purpose lenses with a big part of the imaging character, similar to the Noctilux f1 available, wide open, but getting insanely detailed and sharp, stopped down beyond f2 - that really caught me in surprise!
Here is two shots, I picked early during the initial edits, that really are dear to me, as of showing some of Germany, I am missing, living in Shanghai since a few years:
