Suggestions, I've been on flickr since 2007 but I'm not sure I'm happy with the cost and the prescriptive colour and layout or the cost doubling for that matter ... what else is available?
If you're setup for auto-renew, the cost stays the same.
Something along the lines of giving up ownership of copyright?
I'm not taking the bait with their 1TB offer, it will likely mean that images uploaded in hi-res will actively be used for Flickr business and financial purposes since uploaded images will have sufficient quality to be re-used.
....
Am I being cynical? No, I just don't believe they will invest in new appearances and a 1TB cloud space for any user without making sure their profit remains or rises... 😱

Does anyone know if Flickr has any clause that would adversely affect a photographer's decision to upload his/her images? Something along the lines of giving up ownership of copyright? The new 1TB capacity is attractive for me, and I am considering uploading my images to Flickr because of their large subscriber base.
I remember I took a closer look at their ToS after the Instagram nonsense, and I remember that you can choose which rights to keep (commons, copyright etc) and by default you get all rights on the photograph. Whether this has changed since, I don't know
