I sent my Leica M5 to Sherry Krauter this Monday. I send some emails to her but not reply. At the same time I made mistake at USPS that I insured my package but no tracking so I do not know what condition my M5 is. Only I can make assume my M5 arrived at Sherry's address and she is not there yet.

The best way to reach Sherry is by phone, sorry.
Is it possible for you to use a friend or relative who can translate in ASL and speak for you over the phone with her? Either that or have a friend call her and explain that a phone call is difficult for you and that you'd prefer to communicate via email?
Either way, to initiate contact with Sherry, giving her a call is best.
She's also on the forum here so you could send her a private message and explain your situation but a PM may be just as hard as an email to use.

I usually send package by Priority mail in USPS. Also my receipt marked scheduled delivery day as 10/09.

Only 2 days if he shipped via USPS Priority, which I would think he would for high priced item like the M5.

The insurance number on your receipt is the tracking number, and can be tracked on the USPS website.
