There was Agfa Scala, but since Agfa is now out of buisiness the stocks are almost gone and it's difficult to find a processor: http://www.dr5.com/scala.html
If you process your own B&W it is of course possible to process a negative film into a positive. I haven't done it for some years, but Ilford FP4 used to work well processed in this way.
