Best speed to rate Velvia 100 at?

I've heard all kind of stuff about shooting slide film at different speeds for the best color saturation, etc. Mostly seem to hear about slightly underexposing it. Any thoughts one way or another? I have some that I want to use up... Its been sitting too long. 🙂

decrease exposure == more saturation, but also less shadow detail.

It also may depend on how you meter. With a handheld incident meter, you could probably use exactly what the meter says. With an in camera reflective meter, only you'll be best able to judge how your meter reads in different situations. I've shot Velvia 100 both ways and the incident metered types usually come out a little richer looking.
