Can't seem to get how to post directly to Camera and Coffee can anyone help? I had to post to the Gallery and copy the URL and then come here but it only gives me a link! WTH. I run a Mac and am on Firefox or Safari. Help, Help.

That is one fine looking post and one fine looking camera, I'll bet the coffee is pretty good to!! There will always be a place in my heart for a Retina.

Bought this C3 Matchmatic with working meter, case and flash gun Wednesday for $20 at the local used junk store. Ordered the Pine Green Moroccan leatherette from Cameraleather on Thursday, got it today and installed it. I wanted a cheap dark green for it. Well, have you ever seen a prettier Argus in your life?
Now I just need to ditch the lens and get a 35mm Sandmar or whatever it is. First roll of Arista-branded Plus-X is in it right now, and I trust the focusing of the lens about as far as I can throw it... i.e., not close up

Looks fantastic! I actually just ordered a very similar leather for my matchmatic the other day. I cant wait to get it on to the camera. What did you use for an adhesive?

I got the self-adhesive kind. Seems to stick pretty well, but still enough give to pull it up again if I messed up

Oh bloody wow! That was good!
And they used Pentax Spotties, perhaps the best SLR ever made!

Here's the latest... my new Leica IIIf BD with Jupiter 12 at one of the town's greasy spoons. Don't mind the fuzziness, I took the pic with my cell phone and then Facebooked it to myself and my office computer.
I really hate RFF. You know why? Everyone's so darn nice and you make me spend all my money
. Now, I just need to wait for the other goodies I have coming for it, and to get either a P&S or a better cell phone... grr...
