I'm back, baby! I haven't shot a rangefinder since I sold off all my LTM gear last year (Just a P, a IIIf and a couple FSU lenses, nothing spectacular). I wanted MF this time around, though, and this Franka Solida IIe kind of fell into my lap. All looks good so far (we'll see if the bellows look as good as I think they do after I process a roll... 5 minutes in the old office darkroom with the LEDs on my phone in the film chamber and nothing showing outside).
The meter is an Argus LC-3 I jacked off a Argus C-3 Matchmatic I grabbed about two years ago. Still works, I think, and once I figured out the shutter speeds match my camera, I was good to go.
I pick this little Canon up at my favorite Thrift Store for $1. It had a good battery and a unused film in it. I'll see how the photos turn out. Canon 150u by dbuckle2695, on Flickr
