What I found out so far is that the best option is to first upload it to your Flickr account. Then open it in your browser, not the app.
Option 1: click “download”, choose size, then it will open full screen in the browser. Copy the address and insert that in your post.
Option 2: Still only working in the browser afaik, click “share”, choose BBCode, copy that address and insert it here.
Maybe this helps.

There is an ipad app, BBCode for Ipad, or BBCode for Flickr, or something like that, that simplifies things a bit, except it only lets you choose the large (1024 pixel) image size
