Camera and Coffee

I give up!

I give up!

I've been posting occasionally in this thread for quite some time however I finally have to submit to Greyscale's constant bombardment of images and coffee cups. Greyscale, you have a fantastic camera collection and a truly remarkable bladder, I salute you!

I have to say...its nice to see someone else sporting a goggled summaron on a digital M. I use this combo rather often and love the images. I'm not sold on goggled lenses though. I have more fun and confidence with a non-goggled lens (but I only have the lovely 2.8 summaron in goggled version, so there we are)

Hope the M-D and summaron appreciated the fancy coffee Vince.

Gotta treat the M-D to coffee in a high-class joint every once in a while.

Camera and coffee cup

I am the type of person who loses a writing pen within hours of purchase, but somehow I have held on to this coffee cup for over 25 years.

Ah not a Summaron - a Summicron!

It belonged to my uncle, who was a commercial photographer. He owned it since new. I had Frank Marshman give it the full teardown and it is now superb. Definitely my favourite lens - with the 1.25x magnifier the framelines are perfect.
