i look for any excuse to show a photo here also.
i like the cigarillos, i would sometimes smoke those when i was looking for a different flavour.

Welcome and thank you for posting the tasty shot of your beautiful Bolsey. I did not look at the thumbnail before opening it, and it was suspenseful watching the image generate from the top down ("could that be a Bolsey? Yes, I think it is..."), a great way to start the morning:).

Hi,
however it seems being in nice working condition, not yet. And i think it won't be my everyday camra. You know, i'm too lazy, i prefer my hexars. But i can promise, if it get a chance and the result acceptable???

Took this one a while back. My MP with his friend Kiev. On a related note, this roll proved that BOTH my GSNs need Pad surgery.

OH, and the Kiev is leaking light. *sobs*, *drinks beer*. That's better.

I just received this lens hood today from heavystar. It is a 39mm all metal lens hood in a Leica theme. It looks real cool on the 28mm Color Skopar and the Bessa R. It is kind of hard to see all the details since it is black on black. Coffee's brewing! Gotta try this out!
 
Chris, its quite common for kievs to leak light, mine does too. Im fixing it now, it shouldnt be too hard to fix. Whats that strange looking thing on top of the kiev though?
 
It's a little level.

Feel free to msg me with any common leaks/fixes for the Kiev. I really like the camera. I recovered it in the lizard from Aki, and I have a J12, a CZJ Sonnar collapsable, and a Helios 103 in addition to the J8. Kind of a waste if I have to buy a new Kiev. :D
