Camera and Coffee

I dunno yet, just got it on a loan for 2 months yesterday!!!
It takes 6x7 pictures (sorta Texas Leica) and I loaded it yesterday evening and only shot a couple of frames with my daughters.
I'll probably finish the roll tonight and show y'all pictures next week or so

I took the Rapid Omega out yesterday, and found a street artist doing a charcoal sketch for a girl. I took a couple shots with my Canon (which was also serving as my light meter for the RO), then pulled out the Omega. I wish I could've captured the moment,as I was pulling it up to my eye, when the girl's jaw just dropped to the sidewalk and her eyes popped! This thing will make for one crazy street camera.

And a very nice pair at that. Generations apart, but certainly not far apart in beauty.

Hi all,
theese are my first and latest RFs.
OK, the first's VF is an EVF and RF is an ERF and uses card instead of film...
The latest has RF but not coupled and so on.
But seem to be good friends.
The LC1 was really my first RF and made me love the others.
It was today when I took my hands on the Balda Rigona...
Have nice lights,

nemjo

ps.: the coffe is my daughter's.

My new (to me) Bessa-T and Voigtlander 50mm VF! (Thanks again sychan!!!) It's posing along with an Industar-26M borrowed from my FED and a coffee mug I won in an MCSE training class. Best thing I got from MCSE training, to be honest.

I love the cameras and the coffee cup -- a great shot!!! This is the cup I use six days out of the week -- we have a special "Sunday Cup" ritual here at the house.

What can I say -- I have no loyalty...

As far as knob-winds go, I'm partial to pre-war leicas. For daily shooting, I do like the later Canons. I would have brought the Black Leica II to NY instead of my IIIa, but 1) it hadn't arrived yet and 2) it needs a CLA as the second curtain closes too slowly.

Wait till my FSU order arrives, though:)

Now you know why I've got to sell that Olympus...

Here are my three (for the moment) Olympus 35SPs. The two on either end will go off to John Hermanson at Camtech to build one good one. The one on the right has top plate damage under the film advance, but everything else, including meter, seems to be good. The one on the left is in very good condition except for a dead meter. I've ordered Veridigris kid leather for the work John will do, and as soon as it arrives everything will be shipped off.

The one in the middle just had a CLA from Photosphere (hence it's Johns turn!) but has a couple of small dings on the top plate at the end opposite the film advance, and is performing well. The hood on the middle SP was purchased recently from Andrew Fildes in Oz (thanks again!), and will get repainted and put on "new" SP that John builds me, so I may try to find paint that matches or compliments the leather.

Here's the middle SP showing the hood. I purchased the mug at Pukaskwa National Park in 1998.

My newly arrived Zorki! Ain't she sweet?!! :)

She'll get a makeover but I'm still undecided about color, etc.

As you can see, I'm gearing up for the next GAS attack! :)
