Camera and Coffee

true life: I like this thread.

I just ordered a Zorki 4 (why?!) and I think it would look damn sexy with my Jupiter 3 on it. If my hypothesis proves true, I will post pictures here 😉.

Nice Canon there Frank 😀 I'm going to have to find a decent cheap uncoated collapsable 50 one of these days to go with my IVSb. The I-22 is actually a very good lens, but I'd just like to get an uncoated lens as well.

Yup, lovely camera! I just got back from Starbucks with a fresh cup of brew. I'm debating whether or not I should head into the good ol' wet darkroom now or put it off until tomorrow. Yesterday I souped a seemingly endless supply of film and spent hours last night squinting through the loupe at 18 contact sheets. I picked 28 images to post on my BLOG in the near future. http://thepriceofsilver.blogspot.com/

Russ,
Hey, you survived the play-off game after all ! Nice snap, but what's Sharona grumpy about? Can't be the coffee.

John, that film take-up spool is a clever little thing! Good on you for figuring that out, and for the mugging of an FSU camera for a RF window bezel. Looks good!

kind of by accident. Pushing it down when loading some film and up it poped. Did some outside test shots and the viewfinder is not giving me any problems. Now I just need a lense wider the 50 for it. No luck with my WTB listing for a J12.

No Coffee, Only Tea!

No Coffee, Only Tea!

Sorry but I am an old fashioned Brit and do tea rather than coffee. Anyway a quick pick of my favourite and best FSU camera. They don't come in much better condition than this. 😀

Here's my Kiev 4am decked out in it's new Aki Asahi black leather skin and posing with the Jupiter 12 and Voigtlander 35mm VF I got for it.

My apologies for the depth of field on the first shot. I'm still learning now to use this digital camera. :bang:

I don't do coffe, so how about some pink milk? (It's the child in me.)

The M2 from Onno and Elmar from Doug, both just back from Malcolm Taylor where I spent a ridiculous amount of money (he's not cheap - but both the camera and the lens came to me for very good prices) having them made smooth and shiny, respectively.
