As the happy owner of two Rolleiflex Ts, for me this is one of the most enjoyable photos I've seen posted on RFF.

Not coffee, but on a recent trip to do some bouldering in Fontainebleau France I took a post climbing break in a café with these three.

For me it doesn't focus as easily as rangefinder or my Rolleiflex.... but those Pentax lenses.... just stellar. Another gifted camera. My friend said his boss had a fit when he bought the 45mm...... just before the EU formed.... the lens cost 1,000,000 lire!

Today is Mother's Day in the U.S. and I have been struggling to find a gift for my wife that she actually needs. The rule is: if I can't think of, or find, anything she actually needs (or occasionally artwork that I know she will like), she gets gift cards to local cafe's.
So......too late for this year's Mom Day, but her birthday is coming along.....

This sort of tea-brewing device is known as a gaiwan. They're pretty small by USA standards, and this one has a capacity of around 150 ml, maybe half the capacity of a typical USA coffee cup. Was easy to get via AliExpress back in April, but now it might be harder to get, because most AE vendors have suspended USA sales.

In 2010 I bought a Nikon Coolpix E5600 and was instantly fascinated. Then the Rollei 35 project came ... In 2014 I saw a video of Daido Moriyama using the Coolpix S9100. These cameras were dirt cheap these days, so I let the GAS rule. Since then this series of cameras has gotten more and more importance in my shooting. After working through four S9100 I got a fifth one and the rest, that is shown here. For good measure I aquired a CCD S8000 and a waterproof AW100. The prices have gotten insane in the last years, so I´m quite happy that I hoarded them while they were affordable.
So you can say, my Coolpix project is in it´s year 15.

Old Hektor 13.5cm, turns out a very cool lens

I have an old Hektor 13.5 lens. It's full of fungus and dust. Maybe that will add to the aura/mystique of the lens. I should try it again--it's my only remaining Leica lens.

I just got mine at a local thrift store for less than a cup of coffee at Starbucks. It looks beat up, glass is ok, some cleaning marks, but performs better than I expected.

This is truly surreal!! Kudos to the photographer.
Coffee looks a tad weak for my liking, tho'. I'm only truly satisfied when the spoon I use to stir in a half of jaggery - the only sugar that to me really cuts the slight bitterness of freshly ground coffee - comes out dark-stained...

It´s a triple espresso with a bit cocoa and a splash of cream, seldomly used on cold mornings. My normal stuff is quite similar to your description.
