Camera and Coffee

My 'new' Olympus XA that I bought from byuphoto. The exterior is scruffy but the lens is clean. Moleskine notebook and DeSerre sketchbook in the bg... the Gekko 100 film is Maco/Mitsubishi 100, and the 400TX is Tri-X 🙂

you've come full circle Gene, you were shooting an XA when I first got here 😉

OK--I have to ask--just what exactly is a "moleskin?"
The word conjurs up images in my mind that are probably quite different than what it really is..
Thanks!

FrankS' iiia is now mine.

The lenses that look puny on my R2a dwarf this little beauty.

Thanks, it does match it well - although I'm not sure why Cosina need to charge so much for it.

Here's a my second (and last!) photo of the iiia with my J-9, the lens feels almost as big as the camera.

Kully: I see a moka pot there... cool! I bought my first Bialetti not too long ago, got the Brikka pot that produces the crema, and am loving it.

Trius, that's a Spanish version of a bialetti. Unfortunately crema is not so good with this machine (=nonexistent), but I don't really care about it too much in my espresso.

I read your website by the way - nice article on the Brikka oddessey.
