Canon M39 M39 screw mount bodies/lenses
The lighter of the burgandy lizards looks great on a chrome rangefinder. Very subtle and still pretty classy - had it on a Canonet.
 
But seriously, folks...it's hard to picture a chrome camera with a bright colour. That seems to work better on black cameras. What about silver? Maybe a livelier version of granite? Or maybe go back and question your need to dress a camera like Parkdale hooker?
 
Joe, now you've got me looking at my cameras for any with the slightest excuse to re-cover!!

I kind of like this one. May look good on a P too.
 
i'm not a green kinda guy ray.

my favourite colours are black & red.

i like the warmer colours, like the browns, walnuts even burgundy but i was thinking that i see the p as cool & sleek and so a warmer colour did not fit.
the m 2 & m3 are warmer cameras (not very cool at all) and so the warmer colours fit quite nicely.

That is absolutely different, but it's different uuugglllyy.
I think the P would look best with something neutral, like that M with the grey leather. Something in a tan/light brown might also look good.

How do I contact this leather source? What's the website? If I get my $10 1.7 fully functional I want it to look like a whorehouse camera: Red leather. or purple.

joe, I'm getting the Sea Green Lizard for my FED5(I emailed and Mr. Sparks says it is supported.). Since you asked, I think the Cognac Lizard would look very good! Or the Medium Grey Lizard.

How long have you guys had to wait for leather from Morgan Sparks? I placed an order on July 1 for leather for one of my 35 SPs, and I haven't received it nor have I gotten any emails other than the Paypal transaction confirmation. I realize these are not stocked, but are cut as orders arrive, and it's summer holiday time. So I'm not too worried, but I am anxious to get the leather so I can send the camera of for CLA and recovering to Camtech.

The website states that they are cut when the order is placed. They should be there any day. I would contact to see when they shipped
