Cameras for long motorcycle trip

Todd, unfortunately I can't watch your video on a mobile device like my ipad.

About cameras: instead of taking 2 FGs or 2 CLs, I could take one of each. FG with 28 and 50, CL with 21 and 40.

Texsport, I'll keep my eyes open for kitschy tourist displays along the way. I may also check out restaurants featured in the TV show: Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives.

There are lots of touristy places along the roadside in Minnesota, as you likely know---Paul Bunyan, big fish, big chickens, biggest ball of twine, biggest loon, etc + wolf center, bear center, rapter center, etc. We always get a kick out of them as we spend a lot of our summers up there.

Besides shots of the eating places, it's sometimes worth saving memories of what the food actually looked like-----especially if it was huge portions, good, or, really bad.

True that.

Lots of time to figure this out. I may even ultimately decide on just an M2 with Summaron 2.8 and force myself into a one camera one lens situation.

One camera one lens is a great idea, unless on the road, it turns into "no camera no lens"...

I must say that one thing that you may get from the reflex over the RF is close focus, so maybe the FG+CL can also make sense...

Maybe M2 + Summaron with the CL deep in the luggage, just in case?
