Canon 7s frameline stuck at 135

Ok, I just got a nice looking all working Canon 7s, a few minutes ago I fiddle around with the frameline switch, and for some unknown reason it decide to stuck at 135mm no matter which one I turn to on the dial. Is there an easy fix to it or I have to open the top cover to unstuck it ?

The selector could have "jumped" the little lug that actually changes the framelines. You might get lucky and get it to ride again. i suspect you need to take the top off. The hard part is the shutter speed dial- you need to move it around until all three set screws are exposed. I use a jewelers screwdriver and a pair of needle nosed pliers for the retaining rings.
