...has piqued my interest. what can anyone tell me about this nice looking system? Looks good with the 45 2.0 on it. Is it totally auto, or is there some " manual" control (focus/exposure etc.) thanks.

the autofocus is fast enough for most situations, it works exact if you know about where to focus and where there may be problems, even with the 2,8/90.
Normally I use slide film, metering there is mostly correct but you have many possibilities to work manually. All can be automatic also all can be done manual. Focus, metering, it depends on you.
Lenses are great, sharp, contrasty, color rendition etc.
G 2/35 is a bit softer wide open and has lower contrast than the others but also very good in my eyes.

A good choice if you decide for it.
