If I had to develop (only) 20 rolls of C-41 to end up with unscratched (and uncut) negatives, what lab is the current best bet? This is going to be consumer-grade Kodak film, so the bar is probably pretty low.
No, Dante's basement is not a possibility during a month-long makeover that is tying up all of the free space (nor do I have the temperature control equipment to do this quantity without going crazy).
