I've sent two messages over the past four weeks through the Zeiss website contact page inquiring about service for my Zeiss Ikon ZI ZM. No response.
I used to have the e-mail address of one of the senior engineers in the service department, but cannot find it now.
If anybody could provide this information, I would greatly appreciate it. My ZI needs to go back for service to replace a broken part on the shutter speed dial.
