My iPhone 4S is probably my favorite digital camera, and always with me. I have a Canon SD880is that I used to carry frequently, but since I got the iPhone 4S, I don't think I've shot a single frame with the Canon.

Film:
- the Olympus XA and then the Yashica T4 - both great cameras. And as I had mentioned in another RFF post, I was amazed at how many great shots, or even complete essays came from just having those cameras with me.
Digital: currently the slightly larger Fuji X-10
- quite good for what it is! I'm fine with just about all aspects of the design, I have to watch the autofocus when working quickly (but that's the same story for all such cameras I think). Really, the only thing that bothers me is the too cropped viewfinder. I don't need 100% but more than about 80% would really help.
Still looking for small camera/large sensor, and there are some really interesting products coming up. I recently played with the Sony RX-100, no viewfinder of course, but holy jumpin' ....

Pentax Auto 110. I don't have one right now but having used one a few years ago, I would jump on a good deal.

I guess I own some jackets whose pockets can fit a Fuji GF670....
Really though, I'm a big fan of the Rollei 35 and it's huge gorgeous finder (I have the original German one and love it) and the Contax TVS, which is especially good on the wide end. Made some really great 8x10s with the TVS and wouldn't hesitate to go bigger if I get the chance!

There is pretty decent film for the pentax 110! I'm having great fun with the lomography tiger film.
Does it have backing paper by now?

Contax T3, hands down. It's like having an M6 and 35mm 'chron in your pocket...

+1.
For digital - Leica X1 (well, for a large pocket, that is)

Usually I opt for the Minox 35. Great quality lens, easy to use, very pocketable.
Or, if I'm in a silly mood, a Pentax Auto 110. Not as versatile or as good, but fun to use. Love the shutter/mirror noise on it.

+1 for the Minox GT. After my EL died I picked up a nice GT for around $40 on eBay. Really fun to shoot with and an excellent lens.

Nikon AF600/Lite Touch. Wide 28mm lens, super sharp... automated, versatile, extremely slim, actually pocketable.
Next would be a Contax T2... but it's a bit bulky. Considered getting a T3 for true portability... but the price has kept me away.

i found my XA to be too sensitive to dust, and a bit fragile.
nowadays, i use leica M4 or M9, but i bear with their (relative) lack of pocketability by carrying a hadley small.
