I loaded the FED -2 derivative with a roll of Kodak Gold 200 after mounting the Industar-22 3.5/50, taking care not to engage the Infinity Lock so I could focus it later on. And speaking of focusing, since it doesn't have a rangefinder, scale focusing gives you the time to convert distances from feet to meters.
It does have a light leak, somewhere in the take-up spool area it seems. Will have to do the flashlight test to see where it is. And the second shutter curtain is still dragging, so I'll have to give it one more adjustment. Exposures look good on the right 2/3 of the frame, but then that's where the light leak is. Oh well, back to the workbench.

This showed up in varying degrees on almost all the exposures. Totally ruined a few shots, but I was able to crop it out of most of them. The shutter drag is already getting better.

Heavily cropped to eliminate the leak, but I still had to use the "Spot Healing Brush" to get rid of what I couldn't crop. No exposure compensation this time.

Great work! Does the camera have a selftimer, many times this causes the light leak

No timer or rangefinder on this model, Ron. It's coming from somewhere around the bottom from what I see on the negs. I looked it over really close last night, and all the seams look flush, and after shining a light around various parts, I didn't see any bleed such as through the tripod mount, or back locks.
After putting the back on, I went over the entire surface, and noticed a small dent on the end which causes the lip of the bottom cover to lean out ever so slightly. This is in the area of the suspected leak, so that's where I'll start on the fix.
I'll post some documentary photos later.
