Feedback system sucks?

Just tried to give some folks here some feedback, but it is almost impossible.
Looks like it's only possible to people who have current ads. So how do I give feedback to my buyers, if they don't have ads themselves?

This system is too well hidden so it won't work.

It is a problem with the way the system works. Unless someone has placed an ad within the classifieds, there are not registered as it is effectively a different forum. However the feedback thread still works and most seem to use that in preference anyway. 😉
