Filters and vignetting

Has anyone had issues light fall-off while using a filter, specifically on a 35 2.5 PII lens?

No issues with that on the PII. Highly unlikely to as the front element is very small and the filter would be close to the lens and the filter diameter exceeds the diameter of the lens by a substantial factor.

not unless you're stacking 5 or 6 filters. i stack a 3 stop and a 2 stop nd filter on my 40mm nokton with no vignetting.
