filters with the 45mm

Can i use a filter adapter to fit a 77mm filter on the 45mm xpan lens without vignetting?

Sorry for the late update. I've extensivly tested a 49mm-77mm step up adapter plus 77mm filter with my xpan+45mm and see no issues. Works perfectly

no issue for me even i'm using Cokin P system with wide adapter holder, as long as its not too thick

Any thoughts on leaving the UV/haze filter in place then adding the 49 to 77 filter rings?

I think it should be fine
