I have posted this pic before. I just love the house. It is in an almost autonomous section of my town. Alderbrook is its own world, home to varied folks. Laborers and artists, retired folks and weekenders. And, yes, there is a crazy who stalks the sidewalks and scowls and waves his arms at folks. There is a lot packed into this neighborhood, including this lovely home.

"Old And In The Way" This rotting hull a short distance from the mooring basin is awaiting salvage or destruction. Converted from sailboat to fishing boat it is at the end of its useful days.
