Lobstermen, actually, and my experience is that they're a bit touchy about the distinction. In any case, I can almost smell this picture! Those bins of fish carcasses can get mighty ripe in the summer, and the riper the bait, the more the lobsters love it. Most of the lobstermen I knew, being well aware of lobsters' dining proclivities, refused to eat what they caught.Chatham Fisherman, Cape Cod
