I loaded a roll of 120 into my Bronica RF and advanced the film before I realized I forgot to switch the lever from 220 to 120. Has anyone done this before? Will the pics be out of focus because the film plate is in the wrong position?

I don't have any Bronica experience specifically, but I think you'll be okay running 120 film with the plate set to 220.

220 film is thinner, so that setting makes the film gate skinnier. When you push 120 film through, it'll be a tight fit (you may have noticed it was harder to wind) but your film should be flat. (You wouldn't want to do this routinely, though, because of the risk of scratching and the extra stress on the wind gearing.)

Where you get in trouble is if you run 220 film with the plate set to 120. With the plate set for thicker film, your 220 film will have more room to curl and get out of shape.
