Hi;

I've got a quick question...

Does the Fuji GSW690 III with the 65mm f/5.6 lens, come with an accessory viewfinder to see the full frame?

I seem to recall that the camera is supposed to come with the accessory viewfinder, but I never see it advertised with one.

What do you think?

Thanks, Brad

Fuji finder?

Fuji finder?

I thought that camera had a fixed lens and therefore the camera finder is designed for that lens.
CORRECT! The GSW finder shows frame for 65mm and the GW finder shows frame for 90mm.

Fuji GSW690III External finder

Thanks all. I was looking at Dante Stella's web page on the Fuji RFs and he had indicated that there was an external finder on the GSW690, but I think that it was an older model.

I think that the framelines were added in the model II or model III.

Thanks

Brad

the original gsw690 also had the framelines. i don' think they made accessory finders for the fixed lens cameras, wouldn't make sense.

Brad,

The Fuji GSW690 was designed from the start for the 65mm lens, so the viewfinder had the correct framelines for this lens from the version I of the camera.

I think you are confusing with the older G690/G690 BL/GL690 models also described on Dante's website, which had interchangeable lenses and whose viewfinder had only the framelines for the 100mm and 150mm lenses, requiring the use of external finders for the 50mm, 65mm and 180mm lenses.

Cheers,

Abbazz
