Am now awaiting to see dad at wedding term used by camera bloggers on Fstoppers, Petaxel etc. 🙄
I can't be the only guy who has thought of that description... I'm even sure I ripped it off from someone.

Didn’t hear it till You John
And now it resonates
Rings so True
I attribute it To You gleefully !
Not this agnostic. I truly hate fully articulated screens. Nothing screams Dad at a Wedding more than guys who prefer this method of framing photos. I know it’s my hang up, but I’m not alone.
Wait, why do you not like fully articulating screens? For me, they are incredibly useful if I'm getting a shot from an odd angle where I have to be to one side of the camera. It's even more important if you're shooting a video interview, and you want to monitor composition while talking to the subject. It's one of the reasons why I'm reluctant to get a Sony A7xxx, Panasonic S1 or Nikon Z6, because their screens only flip but don't rotate.
The X-Pro 3 is somewhat different as it's a stills camera first, and the target market is unlikely to take selfies. The screen will still allow waist level shooting when flipped down.
Good to see you Helen. Ok, I’ll accept the attribution. 🙂
Dura black! Because I'm 64 years old and... well, I want what I want. You only live once!
All the best,
Mike
I was excited about the Xpro3 until I saw they made the optical finder inferior to the Xpro2.
Out.

I just returned from the camera shop with my new Dura-black X-Pro3. I'm charging the battery as I write this.
Looking forward to getting out and taking some pictures with it.
All the best,
Mike

Me too. Maybe somebody could reply with their experience using the OVF.
Did those concerned get the word on the X-Pro3 Camera Body Firmware Update Ver.1.03?
All the best,
Mike
