Oh no, this is a very bad news, RFF without Helen is no more the same place.

Not sure what happened and not clear why, but even respecting Helen's decision I do really hope she changes idea...
 
Is there an announcement about Huss? I wasn’t aware. He always answered my posts and I valued his thoughts, eg on camera scanning, and of course on C200!

And I was wondering were are those developed negatives of new Lomo Babylon that Huss was about to post...
That’s really sad about Helen and Huss... And if that’s because of his Pixii comments then I am completely lost...
 
When active members of this community are banned it would be interesting to know why...or am I wrong?

Helen and Huss have always been propositive not only in terms of photography but of ideas as well.

When no action was taken against a neo-Nazi, I thought actively about whether continuation here was consistent with my principles. I can see today that it isn't, and I'm off too. I can see no reason related to the rules of this site that justify removing a member like Huss.

Thanks for all the help and support and friendship, but no more.
 
Gee this thread is all bad news. HH, Huss, CharlesDA, the rehabilitation of Ned, the continued forbearance of Bart Bart, incredible.

I have no idea what happened. The impression that this community isn't stable and that banning could happen anytime to anyone can't be in anyone's interest. No matter how legitimate such a decision may be, that's the impression created if there's no official statement from you, Stephen. It would be great for this community if there was transparency about this banning business.
Helen, if your decision is made, ok, if not, do consider that this place is the community more than anything else.
