Well,

if the price is right, sure!

The curtain seems fine to me, the finder could do with a clean. Seems a bit moldy(!?)

Is that the original seal on the camera? (Should have a little L in the wax) If so, the camera has never been opened and its about time for a CLA.

Checklist:
  • Remove lens and back door, hold the camera up to a light. Check both curtains for light leaks.
  • Check the film pressure plate for scratches.
  • Dry-fire the shutter several times at all speeds. Start with the slow speeds (least spring tension, biggest chance on trouble) Listen and observe the shutter curtains and frame counter while testing. Transport should be smooth and even, not ratchety.
  • Put lens on and check close and infinity focus.
  • Look through finder and RF window from rear AND the front, nothing should obstruct view.
All well? Negotiate a price and be happy!

If the price is right - it is worth picking up. Add a $150-200 full CLA on it with new curtains and it should be good for another 10-20 years.
It looks a bit worn, but that is OK. The specks on the curtains dont look too bad, but check for light leaks - by shooting a quick roll and run it though a 1 hour lab. Run through the various shutter speeds and see that the exposures are reasonable - particularly at the slow speeds and @1/500 and 1/1000 to check for "capping" (black or partially exposed film).
Check that the focussing patch is clear and distinct - if it is - the rest is just mechanical stuff and can be adjusted.
