I'm with Dingo's wish/guess.. A non-ugly bessa with-a-proper-rf-baseline version of Zeiss Ikon. Oh with a quiet shutter..
A multi finder like a zoom or improved imarect would be nice too..

The digital part was the fantasy afterthought I tacked on at the end. 🙂
But yeah, looks like I'm gonna have to leave this forum. I decided not to get a film camera and new lenses, when I already have a dSLR setup (I decided my time was more valuable than the marginal improvements in size/quietness I'd see from a film RF)... gonna spend the money on the remaining fast primes I need instead (30/1.4, 85/1.8).
But yeah, looks like I'm gonna have to leave this forum. I'm sure it will be, as others have suggested, the faster, RF-coupled 25. And maybe also some incrementally revised versions of the Bessa series. Time to put that chassis out to pasture, I think, and come up with something new -- though I doubt that will happen.
I would be happy with another iteration of the Bessa chassis if it's a folder incorporating the new 50/2 Heliar in a leaf shutter. A Vito IV! That would be great. But it's not going to happen.

If Voigtlaender is to stir things up, it would have to be with a fantastic lens or a fantastic camera.
This would have to be with either a 21mm f/1.9 (Ultron?) in LTM (not M, Zeiss would be oh not so happy), or a digital Bessa rangefinder.
If it were to steal the show, it would most certainly be a digital rangefinder. It would be somewhat akin to Nixon going to China, though.
