But maybe we could create a virtual Oscar who would patrol RFF. Work (many have two jobs) from ~9am to 5pm, next job from ~6 to 11 pm, after work dinner, hanging out with firends. Especially in Tokyo a lot of people travel up to two hours (one direction) to work so sleeping in the subway is the only possibilty they have.
