Ilford HP5 Plus pushed to 1600

Hi everyone,

I just got back from Korea, and during the trip I tried pushing a roll of HP5 Plus to 1600, and I have to say I loved the results! I'm a fan of the gritty high contrast look, and it was bang on! I attached a photo I took with this film pushed.

How have others found pushing this film?

Jim,

They came out very well. I know they're small images but I see very little over-powering grain. I've been pushing HP5 to 1600 myself lately and, maybe I twist the tonality a little hard, but my grain ends up very pronounced: HP5 @1600. What were they developed in?

oh I love HP5+ at 1600, usually develop it in HC-110 or DD-X.
