IR filters

How do the IR filters used on my M8 affect B&W film images when the lens is used on a different body?

I assume that you left the filter on the lens and switched to (for example) a film M body. Most film is not particularly sensitive to IR, so the effect should be minimal. (For example, FP4 is not sensitive above about 700 nm, according to the datasheet)
