I usually carry my trusty Sigma Dp1 with me but I mostly forget about it and don't shoot that many pics :bang:

My latest carry around camera is the GRDIII. I've always carried a pocket camera with me ever since I started photography over 30 years ago. Had lots of cameras during that time. Still got some pocket film cameras eg XA, Epic Stylus, Espio Mini and my Oly Trips and I'm deliberating about selling them as they see no action anymore. I seem to have become a digital only shooter now. Don't know how that happened.

I've bought a new old stock Elmar-M 50/2.8, taken the 50 Summilux ASPH and grip off my M6 TTL, and now have a little run-around camera that literally fits in pants and jacket pockets. I imagine I revert to the larger setup when purposely go out to shoot, especially in low light.
That's for B&W. For color I carry a D-Lux 4.

When I have only minimal room for a camera, I take the Fed1g with an Industar 50 collapsible. It's the smallest (film) rangefinder that I can get fairly new, and more affordable than a IIIg in excellent cond.

I suspect that category 1 will be a catch-all. I carry a small RF or a Pen FV usually. Typically with a 35 or 50. Industar 22 if I wanna be small.

the other 50% of the time its my SLR that is at my side.

I am considering a drf too. Any recommendation? M9 is beyond my budget though.

I never leave home without a MF folding camera. Cheap to buy, easy to maintain and provides nice results.

Every day at work an M6 with 400 tri x and an M8. If i am just out and about then I pick one of the 2 to bring with me. Usually an extra lens as well.

I like the concept of a small MF folding camera. Usually carry a HiMatic F when it's loaded, or an Agfa Isolette 1, not even zone focusing as there is no DoF scale! But cool as people don't feel like they're being taken in photo. And only half fills a pocket. It's in somebody else's pocket at the moment though.
An optical designer friend of mine, when seeing the camera, said, "WHAT? You're using an UNCOATED TRIPLET!" He looked so shoked!

I admit I'd often love to have my MF with me, but where does it end, but I do love the new Bessa 3

My 5D goes with me everywhere, except for lately in which case it has been my Autocord. I'm used to lugging a small camera bag and sometimes a tripod with me everywhere I go, no matter the occasion. I feel naked without the bag.

Depends. Most of the time it's just the Holga with 6x6 b/w-film.
