Sort of.. There are forum sites dedicated to Nex, m43 and Fuji x for example. The forum owner of serious compact started a series of these didicated sites.

Isn't that most photography websites? Comparatively few people are shooting film these days; a forum would need more focus to make it the core subject matter.

I think, there is no problem with finding spaces dedicated to digital photography, if anything, it is the other way round.
As to the sensibility of people, this is a touchy ground, almost like religion.
I have chosen to avoid digital, because it does nothing to me, but this is a choice not dictated by convenience. You could say the same for people insisting on using mechanical watches, instead of the more precise electronic ones.
I fully admit: film photography has become part of history of technology.
