I'm not quite sure where to post photos to get comments/critiques on this forum. I've tried the gallery, but they wouldn't upload, even after resizing
Anyway, here are a few photos I took on the street over the past year. I think some of you may enjoy it...
Most of them were taken on my Nikon D200, some on my D7000, and some on a Canon 7 with drugstore film.
I'M SORRY IF MY DUMPING OF PHOTOS OFFENDS ANYONE OR BREAKS RULES. I just wanted to share my photos with you all :] see what you guys think of them! COMMENTS ARE MUCH APPRECIATED :]
Chocolate sculptor sculpting an easter themed sculpture :]
This photo is one of my favourites. It was taken during Nuit Blanche (an all-night art festival that takes place every winter in Toronto). I was trying to get the cranes, I had no clue a couple was in the back! I was gonna delete this photo ('cause it's kinda lacking with just the cranes) but my girlfriend insisted I keep it. When I got home, I brightened it up in Lightroom, and to my surprise I found a couple kissing in the background!
The next few I dont know if you'll like... they're from photoshoots... but I thought I'd post them anyway.
my better half!
and to end off...
eerie emu! just thought i'd throw him in for fun :]

Very nice compositions. You've been practicing for some time, and it shows in your selection of subject matter, lighting, and cropping. Did you get a model release for that emu? Probably why it's giving you the evil-eye.
Keep it up!

The 35mm approach and quality shines through! Well done. The photos of your better half made me smile...so Asian...even in Cold Cold Canada!

Patrick, thanks for sharing. I particularly like the first one (rabbit sculpture), the little boy, and the emu.
Something odd about the colors/contrasts in the shoe pics...
