49xxx, stipped and repainted with something that is falling off, shiny chrome knobs, what more could you want?
I bought it for the lens, a very nice red scale Elmar that has gone somewhere more appropriate.
Look at the film loading label. OK, so it's been overpainted too....but adding this was part of the conversion process.
Most Is I have looked at do not have one. I'm not too sure what model would have the label held on by two screws, see the holes for them in the photo.
The backing plate for the label has the normal four screws but because the camera is/was an early I it has the little cut out to clear the internal screw at the bottom of the lens. I haven't seen this before.
As Erik says, time for some research on film labels...!
