lens caps

I have a first version Leica 50 1.4 with 43mm filter size. What is the lens cap size for that lens and does anyone have one to sell?
I also have a leica 50mm 1.5 with 41mm filters...same question.

I usually put hoods on my lenses, then cap the hoods with push-on caps.

The slip on cap should be ~1.5/2mm larger than the filter.
