Whilst participating in some other forums i came across two threads on lens issues that i thought might interest readers here on RFF:
1. Lenses that don't always agree with the camera's rangefinder window at infinity and it's not not the camera rangefinder that is out of alignment. This thread is over on Pnet.:

I'm not sure if you have to be a member or not to access this latter thread but it's an interesting read. I'm assuming it's PC and general good practice to post links to threads which would benifit others from different forums . Spreading useful knowledge is a good thing IMHO.
