Where are people getting their lenses coded these days? I want to get my Konica 21-35 coded and the DIY option doesnt work very well on my M-P240.
Preferably in North America (Canada is even better!)

A few years ago, John Milich in Brooklyn, New York did this work -- at least for Leica lenses, but he probably would do the same for a Konica lens. He's a machinist, among other things. You would send him just the flanges and he would use his tools to encode the lenses. At that time he would charge $60 a lens, plus shipping cost.

His business is called, Product and Design Metalwork (productanddesign.com). His email is jm at his last name, plus dot com.

John Milich passed away, I believe, a couple of years ago. Don Goldberg will be able to have your Konica flange milled and coded. I know, as he recently did that for me. The place doing the milling in New York for John Milich now does this for Don. He collects a dozen or so flanges and then sends them in batches to New York. Don's email is <dagcam@chorus.net>
