I don't want to be that much off-topic, but could someone give me hints regarding what to think about before buying a Summicron-M 35/2 ? I heared about the 3rd version being said the best for black and white. It should be pre-ASPH, because of the price etc.

Very nice! I see you're keeping it matched up with it's favorite focal length too. I think that's the first time I've seen a camera I've sold again!
How come nobody ever does a blue paint?![]()
just not very adventurous, i would guess...

Edho,
Nice camera bag!
Any idea who the manufacturer is?
Thanks
Nice camera bag!
Thanks
This is a vintage leather camera bag I bought in Munich during travel. A very nice little kit but good enough to fit all I need for a day trip. One body, 3 lenses and a few roles of film plus wallet and stuffs. Here are a few more pictures.

Could somebody please provide me with an average price of a pre-ASPH Summicron 35/2 (III or IV version?) , please?
35mm Summicron III (mint): $800 - $1000
35mm Summicron IV (mint): $1200 - $1500
Thank you. Looks like a lot of work ahead.

Martin, that's a nice looking stack of prints. What kind of strap is that?

thanks dudes. Yes, its the sexy russian lens. So far, I haven't seen anyone mount this on a Leica yet, usually its the Jupiter 8. So this is quite unusual still I guess.. Shame I haven't got time to shoot with it.. maybe this weekend? we'll see
