This is a 17mm lens from Konica WaiWai P&S. I measured the aperture as f/9.5, the lens itself is just a strange two-element configuration, with behind the lens aperture:
The sketch is approximate, I couldn't measure curvatures. I should put up conversion process on the web, but there isn't really much to it other than making a hole in M bodycap, and setting the lens at the right distance, centered to the film plane.
I actually converted a viewfinder for it too. Not pretty, but all I could do with a couple of pliers and a sheet of brass:
No pictures yet - I just completed it this week. But to get the idea you can have a look at WaiWai Flickr group. Notice that in P&S the lens is fixed at close distance without infinity; I tried to cover infinity in the conversion.
