Click on the photo in your gallery to get a full size image, then right click and select 'Copy image address.' You can then copy the address into the 'embed photo' box (accessed from one of the buttons above the message box - the only button with colour). This inserts the code for the necessary link.

Depending on your browser, the 'Copy image address' option may have a different name.
