Fantastic photo! Love the contrast between the natural (mountain and water) and the man-made/modern "sandwiched" between. Perfectly executed, too. EDIT: Where was it taken?

Shot at sunrise, looking north, from Vanier Park. The view is of the west end of Vancouver with the north shore mountains in the background. It was a great morning, as the mountains were visible and the fog was drifting through the city, but not too high.
4 minute exposure with 5-stop ND filters. Converted RAF file in LR (yes, it works!) to monochrome.
