By naming the camera "Leica M" they surely are mounting themselves on all their legacy users. Now I'm not even permitted to say "I shoot M", or people will associate me with rich folks who burn $7000 for a digital camera and maybe the same amount for the latest chunk of glasses.

after sleeping the night over it (dreaming about my M 😀) camera itself seems nice, but naming it feels like someone at marketing tried to be too creative... a bit like how Canon revamps their product names after some years. but M-lines appeal is large part in its tradition, that includes naming of cameras. M10 would have been just fine.
