No experience, but I reflect your thoughts. However, after buying the 150mm, complete with 150 +210mm finder. I don't think I will, because: no rf (my main concern), f8 instead of f4.5 (if it was f5.6 that would be OK), only a small magnification increase over the 150mm. However, if you do alot of distance work, no rf may not be such a big deal, and I have heard it is a truely sharp lens even at f8.
